Dress rental fee includes up to 3 days of use as well as shipping to you and back to Queen Gowns.
Dress Care/Damage Fees:
You will not need to get the gowns cleaned or dry cleaned. The gowns will arrive to you clean and ready to shoot. Cleaning is not required before returning the gowns. Gowns are to be treated with extreme care as to not cause any damage. The trains are to be picked up when moving in the gown and placed for photos. Dress damage fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the severity, up to $500. Some examples of damage to gowns includes, but is not limited to, obvious holes in fabric, ripping or tearing to the dress, and unremovable stains.
Late Fees:
The dress must be postmarked by the agreed upon date. If any issues arise please contact us as soon as possible. An invoice will be sent for additional time not included in the contract at a rate of $50 for every 3 business days until returned.
