How long does it take to receive my dress?
Standard delivery typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on the gown. Rush options are available for many styles.

Can I try on a gown before I commit?
Yes! Our At-Home Try-On Program lets you try select gowns from the comfort of your home.

What materials are your gowns made from?
We only use high-quality fabrics and materials in every Queen Bridal gown. From structured satins to soft chiffons and lace, each piece is thoughtfully selected for beauty, comfort, and durability—because your dress should feel as good as it looks.
Do the gowns include cups?
All gowns include built-in cups as well as light boning for perfect structure. If you don’t want either of these, just let us know—we’re happy to make a change.
Do you offer custom sizing or design?
Yes! We offer custom sizing at no extra cost and are happy to create fully custom gowns for brides with a vision. Email us to get started.
Can I return or exchange my dress?
Yes—here’s how it works:
- One free exchange per bride. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and ship the dress the next business day.
- Returns are accepted with a 30% restocking fee. Dresses must be returned in perfect condition.

Do you offer alterations?
We don’t offer in-house alterations, but we recommend taking your gown to a local bridal seamstress for best results—even with custom sizing.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins right away. If you no longer want the dress after it’s made, you can follow our return process.
Do you have a showroom or retail store?
Queen Bridal is proudly online-only, allowing us to keep prices fair and offer more customization than traditional bridal shops.
How do I care for my gown once I receive it?
Store your gown in a garment bag in a cool, dry place—away from pets, sunlight, and moisture. Need steaming tips? Just email us—we’re happy to help.
