BASIC SHIPPING POLICY

For domestic orders within the United States, please allow 3- 5 days to arrive. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS economy or priority mail which includes tracking. Overnight shipping is available. In areas where USPS delivery is not available UPS will be used.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

For international orders, please allow 14-20 days to arrive + additional time might be needed according to customs processing. We also offer an Express International option, which takes 3-5 business days.

Custom Sizing

Our most popular option by far is custom sizing. This option allows us to make your gown in your custom measurements. We are happy to offer this option for free in order to accommodate all body shapes and sizes equally. Please refer to the instructions below on how to go about taking your measurements when ordering a dress with custom sizing.

Standard Sizing

We offer standard sizes for all of our dresses. Please refer to the *size chart* for the measurements for our standard sizes.

Returns

At this time we are taking returns on standard size gowns. Due to the nature of our made-to-order process, all custom gowns are final sale. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. Here at QG, we require that all dresses go through our three stages of professional + extensive quality control. In the rare event that you stumble upon issues regarding your gown please reach out to our Customer Service Team at queengowns@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. So happy I decided to purchase this dress. My dress is beautiful, and everyone who has thus far seen it has been very impressed, including the bridal shop where I took it for possible alterations (double-sided tape should do the trick). It is still a little lower cut in the front than I wish it had been, but I understand that is just the look at this time; and - other than my attempts at modesty - it is quite lovely. I admit, I am not a fan of the process to determine sizing (I requested a size 4, was sent a 6 to try on - which was actually quite discouraging until my mother came over and pinned it and whatnot to make it look better, with hopeful words from her best friend and my almost-daughter via FaceTime - and then had to send measurements rather than the pinned dress to make it); but obviously the methods used worked well and the time for it to arrive was shorter than expected. In summary, the process itself was stressful, especially not being able to try on something closer to my size (and if it weren't for my mother, I would not have risked this purchase); but the seamstresses were clearly excellent and the staff (Aly) quite thoughtful. I would simply recommend that while they may not keep the full dresses made ready to go in each size from an economic perspective (totally understandable), I do wish they would keep maybe the lining/shell of the dress in each size for sizing purposes (or one way or the other, find a way to send closer samples for trying on; and hopefully keeping the lining/shell would work for several of the designs, making it less costly on the company). I do recommend this establishment, as long as expectations are clear in the beginning regarding fittings; and I have given their name to the two companies locally who have requested it upon seeing my dress. I am very thankful and look very forward to wearing it for my groom on 7 May 2022.

I sent my measurements and my dress fits great! Like any wedding dress, it will require a standard amount of tailoring here and there, but that was something I expected.
