For a while, it was mostly just me (Mary) behind the scenes- doing all the things! As much as I wanted to keep every custom bride in the loop along the way, I didn’t always have the bandwidth to send updates during the process.
But that’s changing! I now have help behind the scenes, and starting this season, every custom gown bride will receive check-ins and updates during the creation process. I'm happy to share more info about this when we get to discuss your design. It’s something I’ve always dreamed of offering, and I’m so excited to finally make it happen for you.
-We specialize in fully custom-designed dresses, and every bridal gown in our shop began as a custom request from a bride just like you. -Prices start at $499 and most stay under $1,000. Pricing varies based on complexity, fabric, and design. -We love working with bold, modern, and boho-inspired styles—but we'll bring your unique vision to life. -Modesty adjustments, sleeve changes, and neckline tweaks are always welcome. -We can also provide a custom sketch of your design to help you visualize your dress before production begins.

-Most custom dresses take 8–12 weeks from the time your order is confirmed. -Timing depends on the design and our current queue. -We only accept a limited number of custom orders per month, so please reach out early to secure your spot. -Deposits are non-refundable and required to hold your place in our custom order queue—your spot is reserved until you're ready to begin.

Mary truly made my dream dress come to life. She listened carefully to my ideas, answered every question, and designed a stunning custom gown that stayed within my budget. Queen bridal was a lifesaver for me! I had a shorter engagement (7 months) and had been working with another custom gown designer for 4 months before the designer told me she could not do part of what I wanted and was charging more than she had originally quoted me. 3 months before my wedding, I reached out to Queen Bridal, and they worked diligently to create my gown for the amount I was originally quoted! Every detail was nailed so beautifully, and all of the communication was so kind. I am so grateful and could not recommend them more!
Mary was so easy to work with! I tried on the Keely dress and loved it, but knew it would need a few changes and alterations to really feel like me. I reached out to Mary and she was able to get me a custom dress in just a few weeks! She took my weird little drawings and brought my vision to life. I received so many compliments and could not have felt more confident on my wedding day!
Photos just do not do this beautiful gown any justice. Mary did a beautiful job bringing to life, my inspiration photos. She replicated a designer dress that was out of my budget and in my opinion made it even better! Everything was simple, from the beginning to the end and I received my dress early! The only thing I’d say needs some improvement, is maybe keeping in touch during the process and keeping the customers updated to some degree, especially because a lot of people like myself, may be nervous about spending a large amount like this online without having met the designer.. But as I said, I received my beautiful gown, as promised and before the deadline I provided. I got so many compliments on this dress during my wedding. I am completely satisfied! 5 stars.
Everything exceeded my expectations! From making initial contact, the entire design process, and execution of my vision, I honestly don’t think it could have been a better experience. The quality of the materials and the handwork are fantastic - I wore my dress trekking up the mountains in the Italian Alps, and I had no worries; it looked just as beautiful at the beginning of the day as it did at the end. I had a clear idea of how I wanted my dress to look and the result was exactly what I had hoped for! What a great team, I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a collaborative and great experience creating your dream dress!

Queen Gowns blew me away with the quality and craftsmanship of my gown! I was hesitant to order a custom gown from online but I am so glad I did. I provided inspiration photos and a couple requests and they were able to make a near perfect replica. The quality of work for the price was mind blowing. My only wish was that I was more involved with the process (fabric selection, progress photos, etc) as communication was pretty infrequent. The choice of flower appliqué was not exactly what I would have chosen (I felt like in the inspiration photo, they’re a little smaller/daintier) and if I was able to get progress photos, we could have gone a better direction. Nonetheless, the dress turned out beautifully and I received so many compliments. I love it so much!

I’m getting married in October and she was able to get the exact vibe I was hoping for. I lost some weight since sending her my measurements. Some things still needs adjusted but I haven’t been able to find anything like this in my price range.
Goodness, Queen Gowns absolutely killed it. Ordering online felt like a HUGE risk considering all of the details I had in mind. I had a very specific "dream dress" in mind- a ton of "this dress minus the neckline. . . this neckline minus the lace. . . these sleeves, but make them removable" and could never quite find THE dress-- so a custom was necessary. Queen Gowns made it happen.
They had a dress somewhat similar to one that I liked (Queen Hannah), so they sent it to me for a try on (then you get the $100 try on fee subtracted from your custom dress total). From the dress they let me try on, I made quite a few alterations to design and color and it all came together seamlessly. I am VERY picky when it comes to aesthetics so having a dress made and not being able to see it until everything was said and done was a bit stressful, however these gals really know what they are doing and are very accommodating to specific requests (removable balloon sleeves, horsehair trim on the bottom, neckline alterations, back cut alterations, color and shape of the base layer). Annie (online support) answered all of my questions and check ins quite promptly and reassured all of my concerns. My dress arrived in perfect time to get a few more sizing alterations before the wedding-- and I last second decided to DIY add on satin cuffs to the sleeves (so if you hate them, blame me haha). Queen Gowns is absolutely 10/10, and make custom dream dresses quite affordable!
Absolutely loved my dress! I asked for some modifications to the queen Miriam and they were able to create it exactly like I wanted! It was so beautiful and so well made. They were so on top of communicating with me and making sure I got exactly what I wanted! I 100% recommend getting your dress from this site.
I AM OVER THE MOON WITH MY DRESS. I couldn’t figure out how to upload more than one picture but my dress is absolutely everything I wanted and fits me like a glove. Could not be more happy with it.
Mary made the whole process of getting a custom gown super easy. From quickly putting together a quote, to responding to every email fast, she was amazing to work with. There definitely were some highs and lows with this experience. I ordered my dress September of 2025. My understanding based on the information was that my dress would take about 12 weeks at maximum. I assumed that if not, it would be communicated. Throughout the dress process, there was plenty of communication related to how I wanted my dress. However, especially towards the end of the process, there was almost none. It wasn't until 2 weeks post that 12 week period, I asked for an update. At that point, I was informed that Queen Bridal was on break for Christmas, which I absolutely have no issue with. However, it definitely could have been communicated better the specific timeline of MY dress. From there, I asked for a couple of alterations to be completed, which would take an additional two weeks before being officially shipped out. Another week and a half post that two week period I again asked for an update because there had been none. I hadn't heard anything prior to this, so this made me extremely wary. After finally getting a response that my dress would be shipped out within a week, there was another setback. There had been extreme weather delays and my package had been delayed almost another two weeks. I understand delays happen and setbacks are a part of business, however I had absolutely no idea what was happening since there were no weather or package delays in my state. This being said, there could been a lot more active communication on Queen Bridal's part, as I don't believe I should have to ask what's happening two weeks post the estimated timeline what's happening. This could be communicated immediately and/or preface what may or may not occur in terms of delays. That is my biggest gripe and why I am not giving a full 5 stars. Despite the stressful time waiting for my dress, I LOVE it. Not only did I save money by not going to a typical bridal boutique, but my dress is also exactly what I wanted and fits me perfectly! I will show pictures after a few alterations. If you go with Queen Bridal, make sure to budget PLENTY of time for delays and setbacks.
Mary is magic. She has so much talent and patience. Her standard dresses are gorgeous and well-made, because of how I’m built, I opted for a custom dress. The process was seamless, no pun intended. Mary was so easy to work with especially when I opted for custom about two months or so before my wedding and she came through. She works with your vision and puts it on paper and then actually makes it. Amazing job, excited to wear this on the big day, would recommend Mary and her team a thousand times over.
OMG...where do I even begin...from start to finish I had a great experience with Queen Gowns. I sent an email to inquire and sent pictures of my dress inspirations and we went from there. I just received my dresses today (ceremony dress and reception dress) and they are both gorgeous. Matches my inspiration pictures so closely, I couldn't believe it. Communication was perfect the entire way through. Even through Hurricane Helene, Queen Gowns worked tirelessly. If you're on the fence about using them for your custom gown, don't be. Queen Gowns is amazing!!!
I was a bit nervous to commit to a dress I'd never tried on before, but it was perfect! The Queen Gowns team did an amazing job and I was so impressed.
Love it! I was skeptical that emailing my measurements would lead to an accurate dress, but it fits perfectly! The gray color is exactly what I was hoping for, the pure white doesn't work for me, and it looks SO good with my wildflowers bouquet!
My dress was not only absolutely beautiful, but the customer service was fantastic. I was walked through the process and after showing my inspiration photos, the team quickly came back with the exact lace and tulle I was looking for.

The quality of the dress I received was incredible and it was exactly what I wanted.
