Standard production is 6–10 weeks depending on style and customization. Estimated delivery dates are updated daily on each product page. Rush orders are available—email us at info@queenbridal.org to inquire.
✨ Sizing
We offer standard sizes 2–16, free custom sizing, and custom plus sizing. For the best fit, we always recommend custom sizing. Use our Measurement Guide to submit your measurements or reach out for help!
✨ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on standard size gowns with a 30% restocking fee. To qualify, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and ship the gown back the next business day. Gowns must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
We allow one exchange per bride. Custom gowns are final sale. Try-on orders are not eligible for returns or cancellations. Read our full return policy here.
