📦 Shipping Info
- 📦 Domestic shipping (US) typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS once your gown is complete.
- 🚚 International Express options available (3–5 business days) depending on location.
- ⏳ Our gowns are made to order and typically take 6–10 weeks for production. We recommend ordering 4–6 months in advance whenever possible.

- We offer free custom sizing for every gown.
- We’re proud to offer Custom Plus Size at no extra cost.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- ✨ Returns: Standard-size gowns can be returned with a 30% restocking fee. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and ship the gown back the next business day.
- 🔄 Exchanges: One free exchange per bride under the same return timeline. New production may take up to 3 months.
- ❌ Cancellations: Not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our gowns. Try-on orders are also final sale.
