Terms and Conditions

All standard size gowns are returnable but must be returned within 1 week of receiving the shipment or within 90 days of ordering, whichever comes first. Gowns returned must be in good and unworn condition or they will be rejected. All custom order sales are final and cannot be cancelled. Unfortunately, due to the special nature of our custom merchandise, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Before placing your order, please be sure of the style, color, size, and any other specifications before you submit your order. The submission of any order fully acknowledges your agreements to these Terms & Conditions.

Ordering

We highly recommend placing all orders as far in advance of your wedding or event as possible. You and/or your bridal party will want to permit sufficient time for the production, shipping, and any alterations that may be necessary.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to all online orders placed and is currently 7.00%.

Estimated Delivery

The estimated delivery given in the order confirmation indicates the time frame we will ship the order from our specific location. Delivery dates are tentative and subject to change. On occasion, there may be a slight delay in production, which affects the order’s delivery. Please be assured we take every measure to ensure orders are delivered in the timeliest manner.

Selecting a Size

The size chart is located on the lower bar of our website and with each dress listing.

Measurements and sizes are based on U.S. calculations.

The customer is responsible for the size ordered and whether or not to order extra or custom length. We cannot assume any responsibility for the size selected by the customer. In addition, our Customer Service representatives are unable to assist with measurements.

Dress Colors

Colors that are displayed on any website may vary from the actual fabric colors. Dress colors cannot be compared across different fabric manufacturers. Please indicate the color you wish to order exactly as it is posted on our site. Many dresses are available in two-tone combinations and with trims. The customer is responsible for the color ordered.

Dye Lot Variations

Vendors cannot standardize dye lots, so colors may vary from physical and online swatches. Colors can also vary between bolts of fabric. Most variations are slight and a shade off. However, we strongly suggest placing a bridesmaid order at one time using our Bridesmaids Registry with all of the dresses on the same order to avoid dye lot variation. Any bridesmaid orders placed separately or added-on to an order may be cut from a different bolt of fabric and vary in color. Additionally, dresses from the same vendor but different styles or dresses from different vendors will vary in dye lot. Fabric orders are always cut from a different bolt of material than dress orders. Please be aware that dye lot variation between the fabric and dress order may occur and that we cannot guarantee a color match.

No-Cancellation Policy

Custom sales are final and cannot be cancelled. We cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds of any sort for custom orders.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for certain order specifications including, but not limited to rush charges, plus sizes, extra length, and Hollow to Hem measurements. Availability and charges for these specifications will vary.

Rush Order

Rush service for orders that are placed in a time frame that falls short of the standard delivery schedule may be available. Delivery for a rush order will depend on availability and will be upon approval only. Rush orders only effect the production of the order but does not change or upgrade the shipping. Please Contact us if you think a rush is necessary and we will be glad to help if possible.

Custom & Duty Fees

Custom and duty fees may be imposed by the recipient’s country. Queen Gowns is not responsible to notify or charge customers for any additional custom and/ or duty fees. The recipient is responsible for applicable custom and/ or duty fees upon receipt of the order.

Errors and Omissions Policy

We reserve the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. We endeavor to accurately describe every product offered for sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction and verification.

General

Queen Gowns reserves the right to add, modify, or omit any information. Please remember all custom orders are final and cannot be cancelled. Under no circumstances can Queen Gowns accommodate any exchanges or refunds for custom orders unless a defect is found. The customer is responsible for the size, color, and any other specifications of their order.

Legality Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use this Website on any single computer for personal, non-commercial use. Queen Gowns may terminate this license without notice at any time and for any reason.

Limitations

Force Majeure

Queen Gowns or its suppliers performance under these Terms and Conditions of use are subject to interruption and delay due to causes beyond their reasonable control, such as acts of God, acts of any government, war or other hostility, civil disorder, the elements, fire, explosion, power failure, equipment failure, industrial or labor dispute, inability to obtain necessary supplies and the like.

Procedure for Alleging Copyright Infringement

Queen Gowns will respond appropriately to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), as set forth below.
