Shipping and Returns
Shipping and manufacturing time can vary, especially in the current climate of the world. Please allow 4-6 weeks for production and 1-2 weeks for shipping. The estimated delivery date is listed on the page for the gown and updated daily. Please reach out to us if you have any questions, we would love to help! Contact us here.
All standard size gowns will be accepted for returns. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the gown and let us know of the reason for the return. Returns must be shipped back to the return address on the box within 1 week of receiving the gown (does not include shipping time) and be in unworn condition. The return will be processed to your original payment method within 3 days of us receiving the gown.
Orders for multiple gowns: if an order is placed for multiple standard sized gowns a return will only be accepted on one gown.
Custom orders: All custom order sales are final and typically cannot be cancelled. Please contact us if any modifications need to be made to your order and we will do our very best to help if possible.
Unfortunately, due to the special nature of any of our custom made gowns, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges, except in the case of a defect. Once an order is placed, we are typically unable to cancel, make changes, or modify a custom order. For both custom and standard size gowns a cancellation and restocking fee of up to $150 may be applied. Before placing your order, please be sure of the style, color, size, and any other specifications before you submit your order. The submission of any order fully acknowledges your agreements to our Terms & Conditions which includes the Return Policy.

RUSH ORDERS: Due to the nature of the gowns being made to order, rush orders are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
