DOMESTIC: Please allow 3–5 days for delivery. All U.S. orders ship via USPS economy or priority mail with tracking. Overnight shipping is available. In areas where USPS isn’t available, UPS will be used.
INTERNATIONAL: Please allow 14–20 days + customs processing time. Express International shipping takes 3–5 business days.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
✨ Returns:Standard-size gowns may be returned with a 30% restocking fee. Contact us atinfo@queenbridal.orgwithin 24 hours of receiving your dress. The gown must be dropped off at the post office by the next business day and returned in perfect condition.
🔄 Exchanges:We offer one free exchange per bride (same 24-hour/next-day timeline). If we need to create a new gown, production may take up to 3 months.
❌ Cancellations:Because all gowns are made to order, cancellations are not accepted. Try-on orders are also final once placed.
Note: Only one return or exchange is allowed per customer.
