📦 Shipping
Every gown is made to order and ships in 6–10 weeks depending on the design and customization. 📦 Estimated delivery dates are listed on each product page and updated daily. 📬 U.S. shipping typically takes 3–5 days via USPS. ✈️ Express international shipping is available (3–5 business days). We recommend ordering at least 4–6 months before your wedding to allow time for delivery and any needed alterations.
📐 Sizing
We offer free custom sizing for every gown. Just send us your measurements using our guide, and we’ll create a gown made to fit your body. We’re proud to offer Custom Plus Size at no extra cost. Just choose “Custom Plus Size” when selecting your size. Every gown is handmade to your measurements—because every bride deserves a perfect fit. Not sure what size to order? We’re happy to help—just send your measurements and we’ll recommend the best fit. Bridal sizing can be very different from everyday clothing—don’t worry if the number surprises you! 🔁 Returns & Exchanges
✨ Returns: Standard-size gowns may be returned with a 30% restocking fee. Contact us at info@queenbridal.org within 24 hours of receiving your dress. The gown must be dropped off at the post office by the next business day and returned in perfect condition. 🔄 Exchanges: We offer one free exchange per bride (same 24-hour/next-day timeline). If we need to create a new gown, production may take up to 3 months. ❌ Cancellations: Because all gowns are made to order, cancellations are not accepted. Try-on orders are also final once placed.
